Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

JS BATT LESS® orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm (UTC+8 Hong Kong Time) and we offer free worldwide shipping for JS BATT LESS® orders.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time from dispatch. JS BATT LESS® cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

DUTIES & TAXES

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, The United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Lebanon, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E,  Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain - Canary Islands, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Isle of Man and San Marino.

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to JS BATT LESS® will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our courier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

SHIPPING TO OTHER LOCATIONS (OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRIES LISTED ABOVE)

The prices of goods delivered to other regions do not include customs duties and sales tax (or value-added tax), and customs duties are controlled by local customs, and you may be required to pay additional customs duties by local customs. You may not be required to pay value-added tax or sales tax, but depending on the local customs of each destination, you may receive other relevant tax bills that need to be paid. If you still have questions, please submit your questions to sales@jsbattless.com .

If the courier company asks you to ask for tax, please contact our customer service immediately: sales@jsbattless.com .

ORDER TRACKING

 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, JS BATT LESS® will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your JS BATT LESS® account.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

 Please note that if the order has been dispatched but not arrived, you must contact us within 30 days. We will not guarantee a refund after 30 days of dispatched. 

COVID-19 UPDATES

 In response to COVID-19, we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all orders are delivered as normal, and that the strictest of hygiene measures and social distancing are taking place in the process. However, as the situation evolves, please allow up to 1-2 weeks delay due to additional precautionary measure taken by the delivery provider. We will continue to monitor the situation. However, if your order experiences a delay we will reach out to you as soon as possible. 

RETURN & REFUND

 If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days in the condition and original packaging that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the full amount less freight/shipping costs incurred to send the original product.

 NOTE: If you placed your order with free freight/shipping, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight/shipping cost incurred by JS BATT LESS®. This freight/shipping cost will be our actual cost for sending the order. Before sending your items back, please contact us at sales@jsbattless.com and we can advise the return procedure and provide an indication of the freight/shipping amount to be deducted from the refund. You are also responsible for organizing (and paying for) the freight/shipping of the return. Please note that the completion of the refund process may take up to 14 working days depending on the bank.

FAULTY ITEMS

 If you have a faulty item that you would like to be refunded, repaired, or replaced, please contact us by email to support@jsbattless.com  before sending the item back. Please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved.

All returns MUST be authorized by JS BATT LESS® before goods are returned. Please do not return anything without our notice.

GENERAL

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty).

 If you encounter any other issue with or reaction to our product, please provide details, and we will respond to you.
